I got my July T pass today, that's the last $59 I'll probably be giving to the MBTA. How exciting! Oh, and rent day...
I realized that I didn't put down the date of my departure last 'blog', but I have a ticket booked from LAX at 1:40am on August 6th. I arrive in Taiwan at 6:25am, on August 7th. It's actually a 14 hour flight. And I go to the future! There is a 12 hour time difference in Taiwan from us in the East Coast of the USA.
Those of you who don't have it yet, check out Skype! I'll be able to talk to people online using that and it's free, unless I'm calling a landline or a cell phone. If both people are online at the same time, you can chat through Skype. Plan ahead people! I'm thinking about getting a webcam as well, so that my parents can see that I am actually still in one piece.
I have a massage appointment today in the south end, first ever! A really nice lady came into Francesca's and said she just opened up a new place a couple doors down on Tremont and she gave the three of us working a certificate for a free 60-minute massage. Heck yes! Best tip ever! Actually, I had a foot massage the first time I was in Taiwan, so I guess it's not my first real massage ever, but I will tell you now that I am not going to get a foot massage in Taiwan ever again. It hurt SO BAD. I was tearing up it was so painful. They just kept telling me it was because I was so unhealthy. Fabulous.

Dear, I had a webcam which i purchased from Taiwan, but then I purchased my laptop with a webcam... so ya, it means that I have a brand new webcam with me right now, so if you want it, I can give it to you. :)
ReplyDeleteby the way, I want to discuss with you more details about the apartment.
